Child Safety Standards
Effective date: September 16, 2026
Qabiile has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This page describes our standards, how we respond to violations, and how to report a concern. It applies to every part of the Qabiile platform, including posts, comments, reels, profiles, clans, and direct messages.
1. Our Commitment
Qabiile prohibits any content or conduct that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers a minor, and we do not tolerate the use of our platform to facilitate such harm. This commitment applies worldwide, regardless of where an account, its content, or its users are based.
2. What We Prohibit
We prohibit child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any format; content that sexualizes, sexually exploits, or endangers a minor; grooming, solicitation, or sexual coercion of a minor; and facilitating, promoting, or advertising the sexual exploitation or trafficking of a minor. This applies to every surface of Qabiile, including posted content, comments, reels, profile information, clan content, and direct messages (including image, video, and file attachments).
3. Who Can Use Qabiile
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Qabiile account, consistent with our Terms of Service. Accounts found to misrepresent a user's age in order to target, contact, or exploit minors will be removed.
4. How to Report a Concern
Any user can report an account or a reel directly from within the app. If you become aware of CSAM, grooming, or any other CSAE concern on Qabiile, please also email us directly at qabiile2026@gmail.com with as much detail as possible (usernames, links, screenshots). Do not describe or attach the abusive material itself in your report; a description of what you saw and where is enough for us to investigate. Reports are reviewed by our team, not the person you are reporting.
5. Our Response
Reports involving suspected CSAE are prioritized for review. Where we confirm a violation, we remove the violating content, permanently suspend the responsible account, and revoke that account's active sessions immediately. We do not reinstate an account suspended for a CSAE violation.
6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
Where required by applicable law, we report apparent child sexual abuse material to the relevant authority — such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline in the United States, or the equivalent authority in other jurisdictions — and we cooperate with law enforcement investigations into child exploitation.
7. Ongoing Improvement
We continue to invest in our review processes, reporting tools, and moderation practices to better detect and prevent CSAE on Qabiile.
