4. Qabi Currency and Hunts
Qabiile may offer virtual currency ("Qabi") that can be earned or spent within the platform, including participating in auction-style listings ("Hunts"). Qabi has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real currency except as expressly permitted.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harmful, harassing, or infringes on the rights of others. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the content you post to Qabiile. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with operating the Services.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or Qabiile.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qabiile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
